LandMonkey.com is proud to offer a quick and easy process for all land transactions. Here's how it works.

When you purchase a property, we need you to sign a purchase agreement. Once we are notified of your purchase, we draft the document and upload it to our HelloSign account. HelloSign offers a secure process for electronically signing legal documents, and it's really quite easy.

Once we have uploaded the document, we send you an email letting you know that the document is ready for your signature. You don't need to create an account - just follow the link in the email and you will be able to securely sign and return electronically. Of course, we always recommend printing out an extra copy for your records.

Once we receive the signed document, we will put together a Welcome Packet, which includes a copy of your signed contract, maps, and other important information regarding the property and sale. We will mail this packet via UPS at no extra cost to you. You can expect to receive this packet within 3-5 business days.
