Quebrada Avenue runs out into a platted stretch of the Pahrump valley, where the street grid is already cut and homes sit scattered across the broader surrounding area. The parcel itself is level, dotted with low desert brush, with mountains rising along the horizon in every direction. A dirt road brings you to the front edge, and the zoning here is Village Residential with no association dues or fees in the picture.
Pahrump has grown into a place worth knowing. The Pahrump Valley Winery pours daily tours and tastings, Golden Entertainment runs casinos in town, and Spring Mountain Motor Sports Ranch draws drivers from out of the area. Festivals fill the calendar through the year, from the Balloon Festival to the Grape Stomp. Las Vegas is about an hour down the highway when you want the city.
It's a quiet square of Nevada in a valley that keeps filling in, and a parcel you can hold and watch as more people discover the area.
